Miscellaneous Equipment

Spray lance

The hand held spray lance allows emulsion application in difficult to reach places.

  • Wide angle spray nozzle
  • Hand operated valve
  • Retractable 10m coil
  • ½” hose ¾” cam lock alloy fittings
  • Air purge, water and kero flush standard.

Hand held spray lance.

Emulsion heating (overnight)

240 Volt overnight heating to pressure vessels can be supplied. This includes IP65 control panel with ON / OFF switch, 3 pin plug socket (male) and earth leakage circuit breaker.

Equipment for applying sand

The sand can be taken out through distributor and delivery hose by the operator activating a switch at nozzle or on joystick (remote control delivery system units). This gives the ability to ‘blind off’ the repair work without using dry aggregate giving a finish very similar to premix, ideal for heavy traffic or urban roads.

Looking down into the Jetmaster hopper, the sand bin has a capacity of 0.75m3 and is located within the rear section of the hopper.

Locker linings

Sprayed polyurethane lining by ‘Rhino Linings’ to Tool Box & Sign Rack.
Choice of colours available.

Locker Linings provide an extremely hard wearing impact resistant surface, protecting tools and lockers from damage.

The linings are a sprayed polyurethane supplied by 'Rhino Linings'. A choice of colours is available.

Remote hydraulic outlet

Remote hydraulic outlet can be fitted for hydraulic tools such as rock breakers. These can be fitted with quick release couplings to suit existing equipment if necessary.

Load cover

Various retractable load covers can be supplied to suit requirements.
Generally a load cover is not required to keep aggregate dry. Jetmaster recommends slightly damp aggregate for optimal results. Rain or excess water will be vaporized in the delivery system and can be seen at the nozzle as a fine mist.   This allows road repairs to continue in wet weather.

Load covers are supplied to meet RTA (Australia) requirements to cover load.
